We were among the first who established European company (Societas Europaea; SE) and European cooperative (Societas Cooperativa Europaea; SCE) in Slovakia and explained their benefits to our clients. Implementing the relevant EU directives into business is something we deem not only challenging but also attractive and favourable in cross-borders, global business of our successful clients.
