There are two main objectives we pay attention to when establishing a company: tax and legal environment.

Generally, we establish companies in Slovakia and Czech Republic. However, upon our client´s request we can also establish an off-shore company in countries such as Gibraltar, Jersey, Cyprus, Malta, Costa-Rica or any other preferred country.
